WHAT FLOWMIND DOES

Every lookup and test, done before your technician opens the ticket.

For each kind of ticket, FlowMind opens the consoles, runs the checks and writes what it found into the ticket — read-only, approval-gated and cited. Here is what that replaces, class by class.

  • You skip
  • FlowMind runs
  • The ticket opens with
Intake

Intake Navigator

You skip
The call-back for the details the caller forgot, and the rework from a ticket that came in incomplete.
FlowMind runs
Structured intake that captures the complete ticket at creation, in any intake mode.
The ticket opens with
A clean ticket, so every downstream step starts from the right facts.
Identity

Password reset

You skip
Entra ID and AD console work.
FlowMind runs
Finds the user; checks account status, lockout and AD sync; confirms the reset is safe to run; executes it on your approval.
The ticket opens with
The reset done, with the SOP and similar past tickets attached.
Lifecycle

Onboarding / offboarding

You skip
Searching IT Glue for the procedure.
FlowMind runs
Finds the customer’s new-hire or exit SOP; matches the person to their IT Glue contact and assets.
The ticket opens with
A personalized checklist with links, instead of a hunt for the procedure.
Requests

Service requests

You skip
PSA history search and admin-console lookups.
FlowMind runs
Pulls similar past tickets and the current mailbox, distribution list, forwarding or access state the request depends on.
The ticket opens with
How it was handled before, and what is true now.
Network

Network

You skip
Controller logins and console tests.
FlowMind runs
Reads the client’s access point, switch port and uplink from your network controller; runs the ping, traceroute, DNS, port, cable and throughput tests your gear supports.
The ticket opens with
Results, not a to-do list.
Endpoint

Endpoint

You skip
The RMM dashboard tour.
FlowMind runs
Reads the device record — last check-in, disk, CPU, pending patches, installed software, recent events, last logged-on user — and compares it with the machine’s earlier state.
The ticket opens with
What changed, before anyone opens a remote session.
Cloud

Microsoft 365

You skip
Admin-center hopping.
FlowMind runs
Pulls the user’s sign-in logs, MFA and licenses, mailbox size, inbox rules and forwarding, transport rules, message traces and service health; runs the DNS, DKIM, DMARC and SMTP checks itself.
The ticket opens with
Evidence, instead of a dozen console tabs.
Cloud

Google Workspace

You skip
The Admin console and Gmail settings tour.
FlowMind runs
Checks the user’s account and groups, Gmail filters, forwarding, delegates and send-as, Drive sharing and Alert Center findings.
The ticket opens with
Mail and access issues with the cause narrowed.
Cross-domain

Network, device and cloud at once

You skip
Three consoles that each look fine.
FlowMind runs
The checks across all three, correlated by user, hostname and MAC, and compared against the machine’s history.
The ticket opens with
One picture.
ON YOUR TICKETS

It reads your systems the way a careful technician would, and nothing more.

FlowMind connects to the PSA, the RMM, the network controller and the cloud tenants your team already runs. Every finding it leaves on the ticket follows three rules.

01 · Read-only

It looks; it does not touch.

Lookups and tests run against live state with read-only access. Nothing in a customer’s environment is changed by an investigation.

02 · Approval-gated

The one change waits for a person.

A password reset is the only action FlowMind takes, and it runs only after a technician approves it, with the checks that made it safe recorded on the ticket.

03 · Cited

Every finding names its evidence.

Each line on the ticket says which system it came from and what it saw. If the evidence would not change the technician’s next action, FlowMind says that too, rather than posting a note for its own sake.

MEASURED, NOT CLAIMED

The hours it saves are counted by rules you set.

Your dashboard credits time only for tickets that reached a final state with a note posted, using the minutes per ticket class and the hourly rates you configure. Nothing is credited for a note that was withheld or a ticket that is still open.

Baselines you own

Each ticket class carries the minutes a manual investigation takes at your desk. Change a baseline and every figure on the dashboard and in the exports follows.

Adoption you can model

The value is only real when technicians act on the notes. An adoption-rate control shows what holds if only part of them are engaged with, and marks every modeled figure as modeled.

Exports that reconcile

The PDF and CSV exports carry the same rules and the same figures as the dashboard, with the credited amounts and the modeled amounts side by side.

THE NEXT STEP

See it on your own tickets.

Bring real tickets. We connect read-only, let the investigators work, and read what they wrote with you.

No new tools. No new training. No commitment.
