OUR STORY

We built FlowMind to solve the problem we lived every day.

We have spent decades in the trenches of infrastructure operations — building networks, running them, and answering for them when they broke.

Every ticket is a manual investigation

  1. 01Form a hypothesis
  2. 02Run diagnostics
  3. 03Read the results
  4. 04Update the hypothesis
  5. 05Start again

For every ticket. Across every platform.

That loop is where the day goes. It is a drain on time, on budget, and on the small number of people who can actually run it.

And there are not many of them. Few technicians can troubleshoot across the network, the security stack and the cloud tenant at once — and the systems holding the answers do not correlate with one another. The evidence for one ticket sits in separate consoles, and somebody has to go and get it.

We built FlowMind to fix this.

2025

FlowMind is born

Allan realized he could combine his AI-building expertise with decades of networking experience. He reconnected with Mike, and together they founded FlowMind — bringing autonomous investigation to MSP service desks. AI investigators do the diagnostic work against live systems, read-only and approval-gated, and leave a cited diagnosis on the ticket.

OUR BACKGROUNDS

AI builders who understand infrastructure.

We are not applying AI to a problem we read about — we are solving one we have lived. We first worked together at SpiderCloud Wireless, acquired by Corning in 2017, then took divergent paths that both turned out to matter here.
